SHIPPING POLICY

          As consumers ourselves, we understand that shipping can get very expensive sometimes. As a result, we use whatever the cheapest outlet for shipping to the customer is. Almost always, we use UPS Ground which takes 2 – 4 business days; however, in cases where a large quantity is ordered, we will use other trucking companies to make the cost of shipping even cheaper for the customer.

RETURN POLICY

          Unless the watch was received damaged due to a mechanical defect, all sales are final and no exchanges can be made. Omax and Blingage brand watches are under warranty and can be sent back to our office in Los Angeles for repairs; just pay shipping and handling. Any returns that need to be made should be done within 30 days of purchase. Furthermore, a 25% restocking fee will be charged plus shipping and handling, all at the buyer’s expense. Also, in cases of returns, watches should be insured safely to avoid damage or loss during shipping, and a copy of the original invoice should be included in the box upon return. All watches should be returned in original packing with original factory boxes, booklets, and plastic wraps. Return the merchandise to the address on top of the invoice. Please allow a grace period of 2-3 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped back to you or for the credit to show up on your credit card bill.
